Product Fulfillment and Shipping Information

The Garden Magick Store currently partners with two companies to fulfill our products, Printful for printing and shipping our decorative items, and LULU Books for printing and shipping our printed garden planners.

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, and the time it takes to ship your product is in addition to the fulfillment time, which is why it may take a little longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction waste.

Total delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time

Order Process:

• Your product is made to order (fulfilled) once you place your order.
• Printful's fulfillment time is 2-5 business days for all products.
• Lulu's normal production time for print books is 3–5 business days.

Shipping Rates:
The flat shipping rates we charge are calculated to be the most economical for your order’s destination and fulfillment location, using Printful and Lulu's system of fulfilling our custom products using the facility closest to the order’s destination whenever possible.
