Returns and Refunds Overview
At the Garden Magick Store, we're committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can arise. Our returns and refunds policy is designed to address legitimate concerns while ensuring fairness for all customers.

Before reaching out, please review our policy carefully to understand our procedures for handling defective or incorrect items, and note that we do not offer returns for change of mind or minor issues. If you have any questions or concerns, our team is here to help.

As we partner with two companies to fulfill our products, Printful for printing and shipping our decorative items, and LULU Books for printing and shipping our printed garden planners, their return policies (listed below) apply to our products.

LULU - Printed Books and Planners

Lulu Direct is a print-on-demand company, so physical books an planners  purchased will need to be printed and bound before they are shipped.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive.

We do not accept returns, but will replace damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, or orders that failed to arrive.

LULU Replacement Policy
If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date through the LULU Books online customer support form.

Lulu cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.

If you are shipping to a PO Box Address, the shipping method must be Mail or Priority. Only Mail and Priority Mail can deliver to a PO Box Address. Carriers such as FedEx or UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Packages shipped military APO / FPO and diplomatic DPO addresses must use US Postal Service shipping. Express shipping cannot be used. To ensure your order is sent via USPS, make sure the country chosen at the shipping step is the United States of America.

When choosing Mail for orders going to Hawaii and Alaska, the estimated arrival time will take at least 14 days for Transit. If the transit time exceeds 14 days, the mail order may be eligible for a reorder at the discretion of Lulu Support Staff.

Correctional facilities: Before ordering, please take a moment to learn of any specific delivery restrictions. For example, correctional facilities typically do not allow coil-bound books and require delivery via mail. Note: If an order is returned from a correctional facility, Lulu Direct will not refund or reorder.


PRINTFUL -  Decorative Products

Please note that Printful only accepts returns for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Items not received

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Ensure you're ordering the correct item

    Replacement for Defective or Incorrect Items

    We do not offer returns for change of mind.

    Refund Process
    If you choose a refund for a defective product, once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
